Fees for Services are as stated at the time of purchase. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase unless a payment plan is expressly offered. In exceptional circumstances, refund requests may be considered at the sole discretion of Trilogy Management, LLC. To submit a request, contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of purchase.
If you have entered into a payment plan, you are responsible for all remaining payments regardless of whether you continue to use the Services. Non-payment may result in suspension of access and referral to collections.
Veronica Conway and Trilogy Management, LLC are not licensed therapists, psychologists, psychiatrists, medical doctors, attorneys, or financial advisors. The Services provided are coaching and transformational in nature and do not constitute therapy, medical treatment, legal counsel, or financial advice.
You acknowledge that your results from our Services depend on your own effort, commitment, and circumstances. We make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes, earnings, health improvements, or life changes. Any testimonials shared on our Sites represent individual experiences and are not guarantees of the same results for every client.

All content on our Sites — including text, images, audio, video, frameworks, program materials, protocols, course content, and methodologies — is the sole and exclusive property of Trilogy Management, LLC and is protected by United States and international copyright law.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, display, sell, or otherwise exploit any content from our Sites without express written permission. This includes but is not limited to: the Soul Rewire protocol, Black Mastery program, Identity Audit and Installation methodology, Awaken Woman Warrior curriculum, and Quantum Wealth Recalibration Protocol.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Trilogy Management, LLC and its principals, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of our Sites or Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party right.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
